Open Girls Basketball

The Open Girls Basketball Team played in the Hunter Gala Day, after progressing through Eastlakes. The girls lost both matches by very close margins.

Some excellent dribbling, shooting and passing was on diplay throughout the day and the girl's effort and enthusiasm was outstanding. Sarah G and Jo L were exceptional in both matches.

Special thanks to the two scorers Eden and Jorja who came along to help out.

GIRLS SOCCER NEWS

GIRLS SOCCER TEAM PHOTO

Last week our Open Girls Soccer Team competed in their first knockout gala for the Puma Cup.

The first game the girls won convincingly 20-0.

They proceeded to the second match against Tomaree High School. Again the girls won convincingly 7-0.

Today our Bill Turner Trophy Under 15s Girls team played Toronto High School.

Our team was very strong against Toronto who never gave up. Warners Bay won 20-0.
Both of these girls soccer teams are filled with talent and flair. Both teams are very competitive and we wish them all well in their next round.
