The school’s termly newsletter, the Bay Bulletin, invitations, letters of concern.

SMS Attendance

Parents/carers will receive a text around 10.30am if their child is not at school and the school has not yet received an explanation from the parent/carer.

WBHS website

A wealth of general school information including assessment schedules, downloadable forms, policies, Bay Bulletin newsletters, latest school news, achievements, canteen, uniform, subject selection, bell times, make a payment and tech support.

Social Media

There are always lots of great news stories on the school's Facebook and Instagram pages.

Parent Teacher Interviews

Formal interviews take place each year (see below) but we are always very happy to meet with parents/carers at different times throughout the year as the need arises (contact the office).

Parent-Teacher afternoons are booked through the Sentral Parent Portal:

- Year 7: end of Term 1

- Years 11, 12: beginning of Term 2

- Years 8, 9, 10: beginning of Term 3

Parent Information Sessions

These are held early in the year (Year 12 in Term 4) and provide an overview of the learning, assessment, policies and other information and for each year group.

Parents and Citizens Association (P&C)

Our Parents and Citizens’ Association (P&C) is made up of parents and carers, teachers and community members. The P&C meets regularly to contribute to decision-making, developing policies and management plans as well as fundraising.
