Year 12 HSC Life Skills
Four Year 12 students successfully graduated at the end of 2024. They excelled at their chosen subjects of English, Mathematics, Visual Arts, Modern History, Music, Science, Work and the Community.
Both Kobi, Briana and Connor completed their HSC major artworks which were then displayed in the MPC. The paintings, photographs and hand drawn animation movie were celebrated by peers, staff, parents and community members.
Travel Training
During Term Four students from Green Class engaged in a travel training program that enabled them to navigate several timetables and experience a variety of transportation, such as bus, train, tram and ferry. This program was very successful and taught the students many valuable skills, including reading, number recognition, road safety, verbal skills, problem solving and social skills.
Work Experience
Two students from the All Stars Hub enthusiastically participated in a work experience program at Events Cinema, Glendale. They were heavily involved in general maintenance, cleaning and making popcorn to sell to customers. Thank you to the staff at Glendale for giving Alexander and Fletcher this wonderful opportunity.
