The Department of Education and Commodities have a strict anaphylaxis policy to protect our young people while attending the school day.
All students who have anaphylaxis or asthma must provide documentation, including up to date ASCIA plan to the school and have these plans updated every 12 to 18 months.
All staff at Warners Bay High School are trained in the management of a critical incident involving the administration of and Epipen/Anapen.
We are proactive in managing your child's health condition but can only do his with regularly up-dated information about the steps needed to be taken should an allergic reaction occur.
Please contact Ms Kim Bligh, Head Teacher Welfare (Rel) for an appointment if you would like to discuss your child's health care needs further.
Below is a link to documents for parents/carers to view and complete if necessary, and return to the school in a timely manner.
