Congratulations are in order for Hayley C from Year 11 who had outstanding success at the recent Newcastle Show.
Hayley showcased her exceptional talent by submitting her Year 10 project Textiles work into the Newcastle Show – High School Division, where she proudly secured the first-place position. Her dedication and creativity are truly commendable. Hayley's winning entry featured a meticulously designed and expertly crafted four-piece baby set, comprising a romper, bib, and head tie. This achievement is a testament to her skill and commitment to excellence.
Hayley C's artistic brilliance also took center stage at the Newcastle Show as she clinched not one but two prestigious artistic awards.
Her mesmerizing ceramic jellyfish, crafted with meticulous attention to detail using clay and an array of vibrant beads, emerged victorious as the Best in Room, receiving an Excellence Award at the annual event.
Additionally, Hayley's talent and creativity shone through, earning her the coveted First Place in the High School Aged Beaded Article category. The intricate beauty and innovation displayed in her 2023 creation is a an incredible achievement.
