Warners Bay High School Lawn Bowls Team

On Monday 16th October the Warners Bay Lawn Bowls team played in the Hunter region finals at New Lambton Bowling Club. Ami, Mia, Ned and Alby performed well and had a great day out. First round we went down 6-4 to Belmont; then down 6-3 to Glendale Tech. In the final round, we won 7-4 against Rutherford which was a great way to finish the day.

Interestingly enough, Rutherford actually took the trophy from the day and were crowned Hunter region champions; and we were the only team to beat them on the day. From my perspective, that makes us the best team :)

Well done again to Ami, Alby, Mia and Ned!
