Year 7 Focus Day

Date: 05 December
Time: 7:25 AM-6:45 PM
Location: Raging Waters, Prospect

All Year 7 students are invited to attend the Year 7 Focus Day at Raging Waters Sydney. Students will be travelling by bus leaving WBHS at 7:25am and returning at approximately 6:45pm. Students should bring a water bottle, hat, sunscreen and insect repellant. Students should bring snacks, food and drink for the day. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Students must complete a Swimming Competency Test at Coughlans Swim Centre during Year 7 Sport: 26th November: 7A, 7R, 7S 7W, 7Y 3rd December: 7B, 7E, & 7N Students who are absent on the day of their swim test will need to speak to Mr Rosser in the PDHPE staffroom to book in for a catch up session.

Open Girls Cricket Hunter Final

Date: 11 December
Time: 9:30 AM-2:30 PM
Location: John Street Oval, Warners Bay

Selected students will compete in theOpen Girls Cricket Hunter Final being played at John Street Oval, Warners Bay on Wednesday December 11. Students should wear full school sports uniform and should bring their cricket kit, hat, sunscreen , chair, and a water bottle. Students should also bring snacks, food and drink for the day. Students will need to bring $5 for field and umpire fees.

Year 10 PASS excursion to Hunter Valley Aqua Golf

Date: 12 December
Time: 9:00 AM-3:00 PM
Location: Hunter Valley Aqua Golf, Pokolbin

Year 10 PASS students will be attending Hunter Valley Aqua Golf to experience a range of golfing opportunities. This ties into the 'Leisure, Lifestyle and Recreation' unit they are currently studying in class. Students will be travelling by bus. Students should wear full school sports uniform and bring snacks, food and drink for the day. Golf clubs will be provided on the day and are included in the admission fee.

U 14 Boys Cricket Baker Shield

Date: 13 December
Time: 8:30 AM-4:00 PM
Location: Maitland Park

Selected students will play in the Baker Shield Final Series being held at Maitland Park on Friday December 13. Students are expected to make their own way to and from the venue. Students should wear full school sports uniform and bring snacks, food and drink for the day. The day will involve two matches: first match is a semi final V Lambton High School. Second match will be the Baker Shield Final or a 3rd V 4th playoff.
