9 PASS Orienteering excursion

An excursion is being planned for Year 9 Physical Activity and Sports Studies students to participate in an “Orienteering” excursion to Blue Gum Hills Regional Park on Thursday 31st August 2024.

The excursion aligns with the Orienteering unit covered in this subject and allows students to further develop their orienteering skills on a safe and unique course.

Students will be navigating their way around an outdoor orienteering course, working in small groups to locate landmarks and checkpoints.

Students will be travelling by bus.

Students can wear casual clothes and enclosed footwear.

Students should bring a water bottle, snacks, food and drink for the day.
