Numeracy Gala Day

On Friday 20 June, Year 7 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students will travel to McDonald Jones Stadium for a Numeracy Gala Day.

Students will learn and improve their numeracy skills using physical activity such as creating a team using the salary cap and calculating the angle of a conversion.

They also experience  McDonald Jones Stadium, and meet with some of the current NRL and NRLW Newcastle Knights players.

Students will be travelling by bus and need to meet in the school's canteen area at 7:30am.

Students should wear full school sports uniform.

Lunch will be provided. Students with any dietary requirements should bring their own lunch and snacks.
