Life Ready Program Day 1

Mandatory Life Ready program for Stage 6 students.

Skill development is central to the Life Ready program.  This VOR aims to deliver a number of crucial life ready skills including but not limited to mindfulness, stress management and organisation.

Students will undertake sessions in yoga and stretching, exercise, communication, travel tips and tricks, further studies and study techniques.

Students must wear school shirt and comfortable bottoms and shoes. They will also require a towel.

Students should bring a water bottle, snacks and food for the day.
