H2GP A Day at the Port

Students in the H2GP Team will attend a get together at Port of Newcastle’s offices with a presentation on the Port’s activities, and information for the students about our Clean Energy Precinct project.

A 1.5 hour boat tour around Port’s facilities, visiting the wharfs and having a closer look at the ships loading from them.

The whole activity is expected to start at 9:00 a.m. and finish at 12:00 p.m.

The students can make their own way or travel within the teacher's car.

Students should wear full school uniform including covered shoes.

Students should bring a water bottle, hat, sunscreen and insect repellant, and snacks for the morning as there are no facilities to purchase food.
