Rising from the Embers Festival

Selected students from Years 7, 8 and 9 will be attending the 'Rising from the Embers Festival' as part celebration of National Reconciliation Week. This is a collaborative event between the University of Newcastle and the Wollotuka Institute.

The University of Newcastle hope to deliver an interactive, educational experience for all ages and interests .

 

This festival aims to provide:

  • An engaging experience between future students, university faculties and social groups 
  • Increase community access and knowledge to land and water management best practices
