Selected students from the All Stars Hub will compete in the All Abilities (Special Education) Touch Football Gala Day. The competition will have a round robin format. Students will be travelling by bus which will be driven by a teacher. Students should wear full school sports uniform and should bring a hat, sunscreen and a water bottle. Students should bring snacks.food for recess and lunch, however, THS will have BBQ and canteen facilities available, complete with EFTPOS for your convenience. Students should also bring joggers/footy boots.

The Under 15's Water Polo tournament will be held at Lambton Pool on Tuesday 05/11/24. Students are expected to make their own way to and from the venue. Students should wear full school sports uniform and bring swimmers, towel, water bottle, hat, sunscreen and insect repellent. Students should bring snacks and food for the day or money for same. Please note: Students must be at Lambton Pool by 8:20 am and pay the pool entry fee upon arrival.

WBHS Big Band and Jazz band and Wind Quartet will be performing and competing at BandFest at the Newcastle Conservatorium Students will betravelling by bus leaving WBHS at 9:00 and should be back at school by 3:30pm NOTE: Students may not be back in time for buses so alternative transport home from school should be arranged. Students should wear their performance polo shirt. Students should bring a water bottle, snacks and food for the day.

As part of the conservation and ethics study Year 8 History Elective and Year 9 History Elective students have been doing, the two classes will travel to Taronga Zoo to learn about a current issue. Students will experience the current conservation efforts of this institution as well as considering the ethical debate of animals in captivity. Students will be stravelling by bus departing Warners Bay High School at 7:30am so students need to arrive at the school by 7:20am so that our departure is not delayed. We will arrive back at Warners Bay High School at approximately 5:30pm. Students to bring either a packed lunch or money for the surrounding facilities as they will be allocated time for a break. NOTE: Taronga Zoo is also a cashless venue so students must have a debit card if they wish to make purchases. Students should wear full school uniform including covered shoes.

Warners Bay High School students will participate in the Under 15's Boys Water Polo tournament being played at Lambton Pool on Thursday 07/11/24. Students are expected to make their own way to and from the venue. Students should wear full school sports uniform and bring water polo appropriate swimwear. Students are required to be at Lambton Pool by 8:30am and either show their fitness passport or pay entry at the gate. STudents should bring snacks food and drink for the day.
