The Year 11/12 Parent-Teacher Night is coming up on Monday the 6th of May (Week 2 of Term 2), sessions will be available between 3:30pm and 6pm. Bookings will be available via the Parent Portal ( https://wbhs.sentral.com.au/auth/portal ) or the Sentral for Parents App, on Monday the 22nd of April until 5pm on Thursday the 2nd of May. Staff are grouped by faculty and banners/signs will assist you to find the teacher. We have an audible and visual indication to help you know when it is time to approach a teacher for your time slot. If five minutes isn't enough, let the teacher know and a follow-up call or meeting can be arranged. Maths, Science, English, Languages and History faculties will be in the MPC. TAS will be in the ground floor E block classrooms while PD/H/PE, Social Science and CAPA are located in the Library (D block). It can take a few minutes to move between buildings, so its best to avoid back to back bookings unless it is with another faculty in the same location. Signs and maps will be available to assist with navigation. Availability can sometimes go quickly, so booking early rather than later is recommended. If you have any questions or difficulties booking interviews, you can phone the school office during the school day. Should a staff member you've an interview booked with be absent on the day, an e-mail will be sent out by lunch time to let you know, plus a whiteboard near the MPC entrance will indicate if any teachers are away. We're all looking forward to meeting you and discussing your child's progress. Mr Andrew Glazebrook Head Teacher Secondary Studies
