Y11 Chemistry Excursion

An excursion is being planned for Year 11 Chemistry students to visit ANSTO, Lucas Heights on Thursday, 27 February 2020. Students will be involved in nuclear chemistry experiments and guided tour of the facility.

The students will be travelling by coach leaving Warners Bay High School at 6.30am and returning by 5.30pm. Students are asked to be at school by 6.15am so that the roll can be marked and to ensure the bus departs on time.

Students will need to bring clipboard, pen/paper, enclosed shoes and lunch, wet weather gear (in case of rain). In line with school policy, students not in correct uniform will not be permitted to attend and may forfeit some or all of any payments made.

The cost of the excursion is $35.00. The completed permission note and money should be handed in to the front office by Friday, 21 February 2020.
