Throughout the year emails are sent to parents/carers notifiying them of an upcoming excursion or event, subject contributions or general information. If the event requires a payment, a link is sent in the email taking you to Parent Online Payment Portal where you can see the most up-to-date Statement of Account and credits available to you.
If you wish to make a payment, there are two options:
- You can go to "Make a Payment" at the top of the webpage. This will take you directly to Westpac to make a payment. However, it does not show an up-to-date Statement of Account.
- The other alternative is to use any email that has already been sent to you with a payment link. This link will take you to the Parent Online Payment Portal and will have the most up-to-date Statement of Account and also show any credits.
The system only allows for family credits to be applied throught the Parent Online Payment link if you are making a payment. If you wish to use your family credit and are not making a payment you will have to contact the school directly and they will apply the credit for you.
Please note: Contributions are voluntary and used to enhance the school’s educational and sporting programs, purchase equipment, textbooks, software and resources in addition to funding provided by the NSW Department of Education.
